Principal's Message 5/11/2023:
Good afternoon, Viewmont Families! I want to formally invite you all to attend our Bear Bash family event tomorrow evening from 5:30 - 8:00. All families will be asked to pass through the metal detectors per district requirements, so please plan to leave items in the car that might set it off. There will be a table that can be used to lay phones and keys on while passing through the device. This is not a drop off event, so please plan to stay and supervise your child at all times.
This is a family and community event at which you will visit your child’s classroom and get to have your child lead you through a presentation of their achievement data and class work. Students are very excited to have this opportunity to share with you all they have learned this year. Also, at Bear Bash there will be an inflatable, a foam party from 6:00-7:00, food trucks, dancing and all sorts of fun games and activities. We are so excited to see everyone for this exciting and fun time together tomorrow evening. Parking is available across the street at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church if needed. If your child plans to play in the foam, please bring a towel and change of clothes for them. If you have not purchased a wrist band for your child(ren) please note, you can still purchase them for $5.00 tomorrow morning. Or they will be available for sale for $7.00 at the door tomorrow evening. If you have any questions please feel free to call the school tomorrow. We look forward to seeing you all at Bear Bash!!!!
