How to Enroll at Viewmont:
To enroll your child at Viewmont Elementary School, please bring the following items to the school office with you.
  • Certified Birth Certificate
  • Parent Photo ID 
  • Proof of Address (two forms - see below of what is acceptable)
  • Immunization Records 

(We can only accept a Light Bill, Gas Bill, Water Bill, Cable Bill, Deed of Property, Mortgage Statement or a Rental/Lease Agreement in parents name)

When you get to the Viewmont Office you will be asked to fill out the following forms:

  • Student Registration
  • Home Language Survey
  • Student Medical Form
  • Health Assessment - must take and be filled out by doctor
  • Parental Authorization for Field Trips
  • Insurance Information
  • Optional: Application for Free and Reduced Meal Prices
